Yin Yoga is a slow, almost still - yoga practice where poses are held from 2 - 5 minutes in order to allow the body's fascia system to relax, soften and release tension.
Yin Yoga does not call for force, stress or pushing of the body into poses. It allows for a gentle softening of your muscles, fascia and mind.
Combined with the harmonious environment of the Scalar Room, this is a powerfully restorative and therapeutic session for the body, mind and spirit.
You'll be guided through grounding meditation, breath and a yin yoga session closing with savasana.
This practice is suitable for all levels and a great entry level class for beginners into yoga or embodiment practices.
