Scalar and Sound is a 75 minute sound bath session held at Holistic Healing our Scalar Energy Room.

Let the sonic vibrations of crystal singing bowls lull you into a relaxing, safe place within yourself. Be guided through breath and energy clearing techniques to set your body up for receiving.

Sound Healing vibrations merge with the powerful energetic field within the Scalar room allowing for a potent, charged-up experience.

Use your intention to bring alignment and healing for yourself into all levels of your system. Use this time to let go of non-serving patterns and cycles, let go of tension and stress and create space for your sense of wholeness to shine through, coming back to who you truly are at the core of your being.
