Sound & Scalar Journey
Your facilitator Leanna will utilize various instruments, including voice, to create a dreamy, multi-layered soundscape of healing tones with the intention of nourishing you at the cellular, energetic, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels. You will be immersed in the cleansing vibrations of crystal and metal sound healing bowls, guitar, crystal harp, percussive instruments, and other sound-making tools.
The session will begin with guided breath and body connection techniques to unwind and prepare your body to receive the frequencies of the EEsystem room along with sound healing frequencies. The EEsystem room provides a unique environment that enhances the benefits of sound healing by creating a resonant field that amplifies the healing frequencies. This allows for deeper relaxation, improved energy flow, and a heightened sense of well-being. Then, you are encouraged to drift off and allow yourself to revel in a sense of being-ness, doing nothing but receiving.
About Sound Healing
Sound Healing is an ancient and powerful modality involving instruments played with intention, on and around the body's energy field, which spans several feet around the body in all directions.
